First Serve Tennis is proud to offer same day racquet restringing and repair service for our customers by one of our U.S.R.S.A. certified Master Racquet Technicians. We use Tecnifibre TF 7000 electronic constant pull stringing machines and Babolat RDC machines exclusively. In some cases, we can service your racquet while you wait.

At First Serve Tennis, we strive to give our customers the very best in racquet service available. One of the services we offer to our clients is our racquet customization service. You may ask “why would I ever need racquet customization”? The answer is simple. The probability that any racquet manufacturer produces a racquet that exactly matches your playing style and requirements is essentially zero.

More and more we are finding that recreational players benefit as much as touring pros from this “tweaking” of their racquets. Whether it is to improve performance or help alleviate an injury, there is no reason why you should not seriously look into racquet customization.

So, what exactly is racquet customization? Racquet customization can range from increasing over all weight, changing balance, matching two or more racquets to the same specifications, to counter balancing a racquet. Players of all skills and levels are discovering the benefits in customizing their racquets. And the best thing is that customization is completely reversible if it doesn’t suite your needs.
